Still love calling The Christopher our home. Since our move-in back in 2023 we have enjoyed the quality of life provided by living here. Whether it's the friendly office staff always willing to help or the top notch maintenance team who always responds quickly to any issues, calling The Christopher home allows us both to enjoy our retirement without any worries or concerns. The added advantage of having a Tom Thumb grocery store located right in our basement level allows quick shopping when needed. The Victory Park area is seeing new restaurants appear making it even easier to grab something for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The elevator situation has really gotten difficult. One has been out for months now, which really stresses the two that remain in service. More weights would be ideal, but otherwise everything seems really nice. Ideally we could add additional dumbbells beyond the current 50 pounds, as other apartments have them up to the 80-90 pound range. That’s my one issue with this building.

We have truly enjoyed being residents at the Christopher. Maintenance is always prompt on repairs and management/leasing office is helpful amd personable. We really appreciate Brittany always being such a joy and attentive. The concierge staff is incredible - Fiori and Daniel are by far the best! Always so helpful! It has been a joy starting a new chapter in life, bringing our new daughter into the world, at this building. My only wish is that residents parking was designated and we didn't have to fight restaurant patrons for parking or for exciting. There are consistently non-resident patrons that enter and exit the resident only entrance/exit and it causes a very timely delay for residents trying to get in and out.

My experience living here so far has been great! Where ever you live…apt. There are always little things. I had couple of maintenance issues, BUT WHEN I SAY THEY ARE ON IT!!!! The whole staff downstairs TRULY WORK TOGETHER AND EVERYONE IS SINCERELY NICE! There are many people who live here, but from concierge to valet to the leasing agents know everybody when you walk by they’re just always extremely nice and helpful! It mak s living here truly feel like home and know they are always there! Also, they are constantly staying up on things!!!! They just put in new floor on our bar and will be working on pool deck! Thank you for making me feel safe, happy!

Now into our second lease at The Christopher, we still love living the highrise life in downtown Dallas.. Our two bedroom corner unit is perfect for our lives after retirement. The office staff does a wonderful job addressing any questions or issues that may arise. The maintenance team will go out of their way to address any problems in a very timely manner, usually in 24 to 48 hours. The concierge team is always friendly and willing to help however they can. We hope to make The Christopher our home for a long time.

I moved here 2 months ago, and I was home from the first minute I set foot in the Christopher, the level of safety, and amenities are top tier, maintenance is amazing and quick and everyone just seems friendly, and I can’t say enough about the concierge people, and it’s very clean as well. Just moved in! Had a simple, tenant-friendly move-in. Brittany, leasing manager, walked us through our leasing process and everything needed. Took less than a week from viewing the apartment to securing the keys. On another note, our apartment was immaculate when we moved in. The place was so clean! Not a scratch in site, almost like they replaced the flooring and the carpets. Drawers/cabinets look like they’ve never been used. Seemed like fresh paint on the walls too. Just immaculate! Highly recommend The Christopher to anyone looking to move into the city, having a good move-in experience and that wants this convenient location!

Just about to start our second lease term here at The Christopher. We love our home here and the community. The leasing staff, concierge and maintenance teams are the very best. Always willing to help out whenever they can. We love the neighborhood and how walkable this location is with so much nearby. The Union offers several places to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. Having Tom Thumb just an elevator ride away is a terrific amenity for the residents. Looking forward to making The Christoper our home in the years ahead.

Hi…I just moved in this week with numerous problems on my end with movers, etc. Trinity, Brittany and so many others have gone out of their way! Trinity was my leasing agent and to say SHE WENT WAY ABOVE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I ended up changing units when bringing my rent to move in! She redid everything! Britney the Concierge everyone went out of their way. Every resident that I have met has been extremely nice and welcoming and extremely helpful unfortunately, with the disastrous Movers, I ran into a few issues, one trying to get a box out of my car it dropping on my foot in my hand, smashing in the door and my neighbor saw and she rushed right over to help and literally went out of her way! Unfortunately the next night I was still trying to mov and I ended up with the horrific migraine getting sick. I decided to go to Tom Thumb’s and in the elevator, I met an amazing couple with the cutest dog, who literally took me by the hand and got everything I needed and walked me back

Give us a pool table. Amazing complex with great staff but with such a steep amenity fee, we never use it because it only really covers the pool area which is rarely used. Having more amenity areas like pool tables or corn hole will go miles.

Getting close to our one year anniversary of living at The Christopher. We both have loved our apartment and the amenities provided to the residents. The concierge, front desk, valet and maintenance teams do an outstanding job. The maintenance teams are terrific about responding to any problems or issues that may arise. Finally, have a full size Tom Thumb grocery store located in the basement level is a great benefit to all residents. We are looking forward to renewing our leave here at The Christopher.

My only complaints are the construction noise that starts early in the morning (out of The Christopher’s control) and the constant elevator closures (entirely in The Christopher’s control). Would love for management to meet the expectations of people paying over $3K a month for an apartment.

Everything has been great so far! The apartment was fairly dirty when I moved in, the dryer was broken & the fridge wasn’t cleaned. Maintenance fixed the dryer quickly, super helpful. Other than that love the Christopher.

Maintenance team are the best and respond quickly to any issues brought to their attention. The neighborhood is great for walking and close to the Katy trail.

LOVE the location and our apartment but people park in our reserved parking space without immediate consequences which is frustrating. Management provided a cone for us to place in the space when we leave which helps but it’s kind of a pain getting in and out of the car to do this especially when it stops other drivers wanting to get by. The other tenants are really nice, lots of dogs, and now my trainer can come to the gym to train me 2x/week, perfect for when the downtown Y closes after Nov

The apartment itself is very nice along with the concierge, maintenance (especially Felipe!), and leasing team. Though the whole team does seem a little understaffed. There have been a number of hiccups in my move in process including walking clearly into an uncleaned bathroom (and a poorly cleaned apartment in general) along with some minor maintenance issues that still require fixing. Also lights were left on in my apartment till I moved in which lead to significant unused electricity. Otherwise I anticipate to enjoy my time at the Christopher.

Just pasted our 3 months as a resident of The Christopher and loving our experience. First time in a high-rise apartment and wish we had tried it years ago. All the folks who work here including the Business Manager, Leasing Agents and Concierge members are always willing to help and go out of their way to find a solution to any problem or question you may have. The best part is our apartment layout. The B4 plan turned out to be perfect for my husband and me. Great views with plenty of closet space throughout the 2-bedroom unit. We both look forward to making The Christopher our home for years to come.

Long wait times for elevators Too many pool guests (however, band system seems to be working) Non residents trying to park in garage. Can there be a larger, more conspicuous sign stating “Residents & Guest Parking Only” Still not having dry cleaning be delivered to my apartment after numerous requests to do so Regular smell of marijuana smoking inside apartments as I smell on my floor (11th) and 8th floor.

The new management is very professional and the staff is awesome as always! The tenant neighbors are friendly and welcoming as well. Our dog loves walking the block and getting attention from the patrons at the local restaurants downstairs. All in all this is a wonderful place to live

I LOVE the location - walking distance to restaurants, museums, AA Center, hotels, Cinepolis movie theater, the McKinney Ave trolley, downtown Y, easy access to the Tollway, I-35, Central, I-45. And, of course, Tom Thumb in the building. Lots of storage space, high-end finish-out, amazing floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views. Our floor plan totally works for us. Front desk personnel are terrific, maintenance is responsive and effective, and the leasing office tries to be helpful. My one complaint is that when trespassers park in our reserved space (reserved by paying an additional monthly fee), nothing happens. Signs warn that violators will be towed, but they never are. We were just given parking cones to help. Will see what happens.

Overall, The Christopher is a lovely, welcoming place to live! There have recently been some security concerns with package theft, so I’d love to see them implement a more secure package storage system. But otherwise, it’s been a lovely living experience.

Edith is great and has been extremely helpful! I found an apartment on a higher level floor and needed to switch units before it leased and she helped me navigate seamlessly. I was also indecisive on my moving decision and she was more than helpful and held the unit because she knew I’d lease. Antwoine (I hope I spelled it correctly) with the dreads is suuuuper nice and patient and has a very pleasant attitude!!! Those two are my go to when I call

Which includes having a fully staffed bar that's fun to hang at, an amazing resort pool and outside area and the apartment interiors, especially the upgraded bathroom, are all impressive. The Union, which sits below the apartments couldn't be better - Tom Thumb and wonderful restaurants!

Building is amazing and the staff is SO wonderful. Felipe, Rita (just to name a few) are so great. I love the location and proximity to Tom Thumb. The apartment is beautiful with such amazing amenities. My biggest issue was figuring out the closet - not ideal set up in a rental and took way too long and so much money. Wish they had been custom built out like a lot of the new rental buildings in the neighborhood.

As close to our wonderful 2 years in midtown Manhattan as we think is available here in Dallas. Parking could be better, but we’re getting used to finding our space from time to time. I guess if all the reserved spots were close to the elevators we use, there’d be no unreserved ones left.

Everyone here is so helpful! The staff made everything so seem less during my move. I would highly recommend living here. The area is perfect the atmosphere is amazing!

A small outdoor gated area should be designated on the 8th floor for dogs to be able to run off leash. Building claims to be “dog friendly “ but the parking lot cafe says otherwise

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Renewed my lease for over another year! The units and finishes are amazing. The front desk is great. And living above a Tom Thumb is the best perk- elevator goes straight down to the Tom Thumb from my apartment floor!

Everything is pretty much perfect here, with only one major flaw I can think of - the elevators! There are not enough for the residents and you can wait 5-10-15 min sometimes.

Love the apartment, the community and the amenities. The staff is very friendly and always greet you with a smile when they see you. The building is close to the Katy Trail, American Airlines Center and Klyde Warren park, which is an added bonus.

After all the move in hiccups past I absolutely love this community and especially my apartment and view. The value for cost is amazing. I especially like the 7 level garage that allows you direct access to your apartment if you’re lucky enough to live on 4-7 floors. The management team does a great job of offering resident perks and surprises. Cannot wait for Covid to be over so I can really get the full experience here.

The Christopher is the first place I have lived in Dallas, after moving here in January from Chicago. The staff, amenities, local courtyard businesses, artwork/decor, and cleanliness beat any other luxury high rise I have lived in! In addition to my love for the building, I absolutely love my apartment. The layout, storage space, fixtures/finishes, and appliances have been great. Choosing to live at The Christopher has made settling in from Chicago easy and enjoyable :). I do have 2 minor complaints — the first is regarding a sewage smell that we experienced, inside our apartment entryway and one bathroom/closet, for weeks on end at the beginning of the year. Hoping it doesn’t come back with spring weather and rain. The second being the duration of hot water availability during showers. I have to choose between washing my hair or shaving — there isn’t enough time for both. Not a huge deal, but just one thing that (in comparison to previous luxury high-rises) misses the mark.

This community is the best I have ever lived in, it is clean, convenient and safe with hundreds of high in restaurants all around the apartment complex. This community also has fine shopping, luxury cinema with plenty of parks to take your dog to visit their friends.

The Christopher is a warm and friendly community. Rosa Fiero from the leasing office was our main contact, and she and the entire staff were extremely helpful and patient as we looked for our new home. We were moving long distance from New York to Dallas so we had a billion questions and Rosa handled everything efficiently, with kindness and patience. We moved in just a few days ago, and as expected, there were a couple of minor things that needed to be addressed in the unit. Maintenance was prompt, efficient, and polite. They respond extremely quickly, and work carefully. We are really looking forward to being part of the community here! Thank you Rosa and everyone on the Christopher team!

Overall, we like it here at The Christopher. It's a quiet building in a good location, and the front desk staff is very nice. We wish the elevators worked with less service issues, and that residents cleaned up after their dogs much better. But we just signed another lease and look forward to another term here at the property. Having Tom Thumb below has been a distinct luxury during COVID.

I love living here. It is a safe complex, has excellent finishes, a huge kitchen and an amazing bathroom. However there are a few things that could be better especially for the amount of rent that you pay. Such as the really gross 'dog park' if you can call it that which is often full of poop and it is very small; and the elevators which always seem to be broken. It is a good place to live, but I am looking to move on in the near future.

We moved in a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. PERFECT location! Very close to many restaurants, walking distance to Klyde Warren Park, and you can jump on the trolley with no problem. Brianna(leasing agent) and Cassie(concierge) are just as amazing as the location. Extremely helpful and you can tell they truly care about what they're doing. I know I got on Brianna's last nerves during our moving process (I may have had a lot of questions), but she always had a wonderful attitude and encouraged me to bug her. :) On the other hand, I can totally see how if you don't interact with certain leasing agents and concierge, you may have a different experience. Don't let that phase you, The Christopher is a great place to live.

We toured 13 different apartments in Dallas when we decided to move into the city. The Christopher was stop number two on that journey. From two on every apartment we toured never came close. The amenities, floor plan, pricing, etc. here are almost over the top. Very pleased with our experience-we are very happy to call The Christopher home.

Love all the people and employees. Apartment had some issues upon move in that took a while to resolve, but nothing to major. Concierge and Tab (at the bar) are awesome. I wish they extended gym hours because people work late.

Living here has certainly grown on us. The building remains whisper-quiet up on our floor, the overall commons areas are still cleaned daily, and the front desk workers remain very polite and courteous (although there has been virtually 100% turnover it seems since we moved in). During the pandemic, management has done an admirable job with communication, and they've done the best they can to adapt the building to growing societal changes, all while bringing in outside food opportunities for residents on occasion (food trucks, pizza, etc.). I really like Jon Chamberlain and the Apartment Life team. The reason I'm not 5 stars would be the ongoing elevator issues that seem to pop up once a week, and the chronic failure of residents to clean up after their dogs both in the parking garage and outside areas of the building. I've spoken about these matters to Jon and he was exceptionally responsive about the efforts to improve. Obviously it's really hard to correct resident behavior with their dogs and it's more a reflection on them instead of The Christopher itself.

It's really wonderful living here. This is the nicest apartment in which I have ever lived. I love the huge kitchen and gas oven. I love the huge bathroom and the amazing shower. The Fetch delivery system is very convenient. The leasing staff has been very responsive to questions and concerns.

The staff at the christopher is phenomenal. The building itself, the amenities, and the location are all amazing and quite impressive. The “dog play area” is incredibly subpar In general, but especially considering the rest of the buildings amenities and elegance. It is located in the parking garage it is a small area and is usually sopping wet and people often do not clean up after their dogs. It looks like it was an after thought that was not thoroughly thought through. The dog wash area is nice but it too is in the garage and has open air to the outdoors so in mid winter and/or mid summer it is less than ideal. The elevators are still slow. Parking garage does not have video cameras in majority of where you park so when a car hit me and did not leave a note the security cameras did not help me and I had to pay for the repair myself. The staff was very helpful in trying to help but it was beyond their control. Morgan and Josh are always super helpful. All neighbors are very friendly and the social events are always a great time. Although there are some things I would change, overall I love living at the christopher and recommend it to friends!
